Board of Directors

Our board of directors is a body of appointed members who jointly oversee and steer the direction and health of David's House. They donate their time and energy to the House, and like all volunteers, their dedication to our mission is unshakable.

The president emeritus of David's House is Dick Cyr, David's father and the founder of David's House, and he is still heavily involved and passionate. Listen to Dick Cyr tell Etown Radio the story of David's House.

Junior Ambassador Board

This junior board is made up of young people who have been guests of David's House and who feel strongly about their commitment to leadership at the House. J.A.B.'s mission statement is to inform and educate based on past experience at David's House, and the group (whose members hail from far corners of the state) has adopted a slogan that highlights their shared experiences both at the Children's Hospital and David's House. The slogan reads: "Issues: You have no idea!"

The staff

The staff is made up of 6 full-time and 2 part-time employees as well as 2 resident managers. Our 6 full-time staff members have a combined 91 years of experience at various nonprofits and are thankful to be able to work in an environment filled with love and with such caring and supportive volunteers!
